A Legacy Built on
Hard Work & Integrity

What began with a single dump truck and a shovel has grown into one of Montgomery County's most respected development firms — guided by the same values that have defined the Lindsey family for three generations.

1945
S.E. "Sonny" Lindsey founds Lindsey Construction at age 15, purchasing his first dump truck for $250 and hauling material from the San Jacinto River.
1992
Lindsey Construction officially incorporates. Curtis Lindsey becomes President, establishing the firm as a leader in earthmoving — transporting over 5M cubic yards of dirt per year.
2010
Lindsey Properties is born. What started as a hobby of buying and selling land evolves into a passion for revitalizing neglected properties. $200M+ in commercial projects developed to date.
Today
Curtis, Melani, Justin, and Noble Lindsey lead an integrated firm committed to shaping the future of Downtown Conroe and Montgomery County.
